  2. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services offered by our shop.
  3. Product Condition
  4. All trading cards and products are sold in the condition described. We do our best to accurately represent card conditions (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played), but minor variations may occur.
  5. Pricing
  6. Prices are subject to change without notice based on market value, availability, and supplier costs. The price at checkout is final.
  7. Orders & Payment
  8. Full payment must be made before orders are processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  9. Pre-Orders
  10. Pre-order items are subject to supplier availability. Release dates may change, and delays are outside our control. Refunds for pre-orders may be limited or subject to a cancellation fee.

  11. Returns & Refunds

    • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • Requests must be made within 7 Days of receiving the item.
    • Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
    • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review.

  13. Customers are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

  15. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
